Nick Morrison

Nick joined Kemmons Wilson Companies in 2022 as an analyst on the investments team, where he supported acquisitions, underwriting, and due diligence across the firm’s hospitality and private investment platforms, contributing to 5+ transactions representing more than $200 million in transaction volume across hospitality, consumer goods companies, and food and beverage brands.

Nick has since transitioned into a portfolio management focus and serves as an Associate, Portfolio Management, where he helps align portfolio strategy with fund performance goals. He oversees investor-facing reporting across KWHP’s funds and operating entities, and supports portfolio management through core fund operations, market research and strategic planning, and portfolio monitoring and performance analysis. He also supports KWC’s asset management team on asset-level execution across portfolio investments.

Prior to joining KWC, Nick began his career as a Financial Analyst at the Memphis Zoo, where he supported financial planning and analysis for three years.

Nick is a graduate of Missouri State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
