Jenny Louie

Jenny joined Kemmons Wilson Companies in 2016 as an accountant supporting KWC, Wilson Air Center locations, and KWIG, while also overseeing cash management across these various businesses. Jenny has managed construction accounting for several projects and played a key role in onboarding Central BBQ and supporting the opening of new restaurant locations. Jenny eventually advanced to a senior accountant position while continuing to support family office operations, and in 2026 transitioned into the same role with KWHP.

Prior to joining KWC, Jenny worked in the tax department of a public accounting firm in St. Louis, MO, supporting clients in the manufacturing and nonprofit sectors. Jenny also spent five years with CBRE in their accounting department, working with commercial real estate clients across the country.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Christian Brothers University.
