Jami Lazarov

Jami Lazarov joined KWC Management in 2024 as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, bringing more than 15 years of diverse legal and leadership experience. In her role with KWCM, she supports the company’s growth and investment strategies and navigates complex regulatory landscapes, leaning on her expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, lending, and compliance across both public and private sectors. A former partner at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs LLP, Jami moved in-house to lead legal and compliance as General Counsel of a multi-state private company and later served in a key legal role for FedEx Corporation. Jami is thrilled to be a part of the fantastic team at KWCM, where she particularly enjoys the opportunity to advise on creative and exciting investments.

Jami holds Bachelor of Arts in Government and Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. When not moving deals forward, Jami loves spending time with her husband and three children, her mahjong group, and her book clubs. Jami serves as a trustee on the Board of Trustees of Temple Israel in Memphis, TN.
