Spence Wilson, Jr.

Spence joined KWC in 1995.  He is currently the KWC Chairman of the Board and Principal of the company.  In addition, he also serves on the Board of Directors of the family’s vacation ownership business, Holiday Inn Club Vacations, headquartered in Orlando, FL.  He works closely with that company’s partner and leadership team on strategy development, key leadership hires and strategic relationships.

Spence earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Alabama in 1992 and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Memphis in 2001.  Prior to joining KWC in 1995, Spence worked for a commercial bank. After joining KWC in 1995, he spent time in operations with two different companies before shifting his focus in the early 2000’s to the family’s private investment activities where he sourced, analyzed, recommended a variety of opportunities.

In addition to his business activities, Spence is very engaged throughout the community and involved with a variety of non-profit and civic organizations in Memphis which include: Memphis Chamber of Commerce Chairman’s Circle (Member), National Civil Rights Museum (Director), Memphis Brand (Director), EPIcenter (Director), Youth Programs Inc (Fed Ex Cup Championship) (Director).

Spence is married with two children and enjoys time with family and friends along with fitness, hunting and golf.
